
America’s Biggest Everyday Irritations—And What Annoys Utah Residents the Most
Everyone has daily frustrations they wish they could eliminate with the push of a button. While annoyances vary from person to person, two complaints consistently rise to the top nationwide: unexpected fees and the inability to reach a real person when calling about a bill or service issue. To better understand what irritates Americans the most, a nationally representative survey of 1,125 adults was conducted in late September.
