Making Sense of our Policies & Procedures, Peoria, AZ – Arrowhead Pooper Scoopers

You thought about it, but you’re busy and forgot to make the call. You considered it, but didn’t think you could afford it. No one wants to do it because it’s smelly and gross. You’ve reached the point of desperation. Your yard looks like a minefield because no one wants to clean the dog poop and all you want to do is enjoy your yard! You called Arrowhead Pooper Scoopers, they gave you a free quote, and a member of the pet waste removal team is on their way to your home. Here is what you should expect.

Our working hours are from dawn to dusk, Monday through Friday. Unless we are behind schedule, these are the hours we operate year-round. When an employee arrives at your home they will need access to your yard but you, the homeowner, will need to allow that. Arrowhead Pooper Scoopers is not responsible for keys you mail or ask to be held. A combination lock or lockbox may be made available for access if necessary. They will do their best to arrive on time, but poop happens. If they are unable to service your yard they will give you a 24- hour notice and they will waive any charges for services they were not able to provide. We may also reschedule if the weather is bad, or your scheduled day falls on a holiday.

Arrowhead Pooper Scoopers will scoop poop while your dog is in the yard, provided your dog is not aggressive. This is for the health and safety of our employees. If an employee is not able to access your yard, you will still be charged for our services. We ask that you maintain accurate and proper vaccination records for your dog(s). If an employee is bitten or attacked, we will request the records. Once again, this is for the health and safety of our employees.

We also ask that you maintain your yard. If your grass is long we won’t be to see the dog poop and we won’t be able to pick it up. The same applies to leaves and debris which are also a safety hazard to our employees. While we are bonded and insured, we ask that you help keep our employees injury free while on the job.

While at work, we may use water from your outdoor spigot. We may need water to mix sanitizing, disinfecting and deodorizing solution while at your home. Our employees will disinfect their hands, shoes and tools after every visit. Dog poop contains bacteria that may spread disease and we will not carry it from yard to yard. Once we finish cleaning the poop from your yard, we will bag it and toss in your trash can, unless you tell us otherwise.

If you and your dog will be away on vacation, we will be more than happy to put your service on hold. Give us a call at (602) 391-0160 and we will resume service once you return home.

If for some reason you are unhappy with our service, please let us know, so we can make it right. If you do choose to cancel a visit, we would appreciate a 24-hour courtesy call or email. If we do not receive a 24-hour notice, you will still be charged for service for that visit.

We will gladly accept payment by debit or credit card on the day of service. If for any reason your payment is declined, you will incur a $1.00 per day late fee until we are able to collect your full payment.

If you have any other questions or concerns, give us a call at (602) 391-0160. For customer reviews, see our website, https://rockymountainpooperscoopers.com.
